TURQUIN &#8211; La Galerie<\/strong>, 9 rue de l\u2019\u00c9v\u00each\u00e9 82400 CARPENTRAS<\/p>\n<p>n\u00b0 SIRET : 423 563 758 000 22<\/p>\n<p>and the buyer, natural or legal person, on the website <span lang=\"zxx\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.turquin.net\/\">www.turquin.net<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Characteristics of the works<\/h2>\n<h3>The work on canvas is stretched on a stretcher (without frame)<\/h3>\n<p>The works proposed are originals, produced in acrylic and signed by J.E. TURQUIN.<\/p>\n<p>A certificate of authenticity will be issued for the work at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Order form<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The buyer will have to fill in the identification form on which he will indicate: his name, address, telephone as well as the delivery address<\/li>\n<li>Payment for the work must be made when ordering<\/li>\n<li>The prices are calculated excluding taxes for the zone excluding euros; the customer must pay upon receipt of the package the taxes due to importation into his country.<\/li>\n<li>The work will only be sent after receipt of payment<\/li>\n<li>An order confirmation will be sent to the buyer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Payment<\/h2>\n<p>Secure payment will be made online by bank card with the 3d secure system \/ E-transactions from Credit Agricole Bank<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Shipping costs<\/h2>\n<p>Packages are shipped after receipt of your payment.<\/p>\n<h2>For canvas and original paper works<\/h2>\n<p>We will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.<\/p>\n<p>Delivery time after collection 4 to 7 days for France, 8 to 10 days for export.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">DURING THE COVID 19 PERIOD THE DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE EXTENDED DEPENDING ON THE SITUATION OF THE COUNTRY OF PACKAGE DESTINATIONS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. The work will be insured for posters and postcards,<\/p>\n<p>They will be sent by priority letter without follow-up and without insurance.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Invoice<\/h2>\n<p>After payment, the invoice will be sent to the buyer with the work.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>In accordance with the law article L 121-20 2 3 \u00b0 of the french consumer code, the buyer, non-professional natural person, has a withdrawal period of 7 days from the date of delivery of the work.<\/p>\n<p>Reimbursement may be made, provided that it has not suffered any damage.<\/p>\n<p>The work must be returned at the buyer&#8217;s expense with insurance, value of the work, in its original packaging, with its certificate of authenticity.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Reproduction of works<\/h2>\n<p>Reproduction, redistribution or even partial exploitation of the works presented on the <a href=\"https:\/\/turquin.net\"> www.turquin.net <\/a> site is strictly prohibited. All elements of the site remain the intellectual and artistic property of J.E.
